VETECO Exhibition Stand: Product Displays and Delivery

A VETECO exhibition stand should make window, façade or solar-protection products easy to examine and discuss. Plan the actual samples, permitted interactions, technical information and meeting capacity before selecting the construction system. Confirm your booked package, current approvals and delivery dates, then compare a complete scope covering display supports, services, handling, installation and return.

VETECO exhibition stand: Madrid dates and product focus

VETECO runs on 10–13 November 2026 at IFEMA Madrid. Published professional opening hours are 09:30–18:30 on the first three days and 09:30–16:00 on Friday. The venue listing includes Halls 8, 9 and 10 and the 6–8 and 8–10 connecting areas. Use the location on your confirmed booking.

The organiser’s exhibitor page covers windows, façades, solar protection, glass, accessories and related equipment. Its audience includes installers, architects, construction companies and distributors. Define which conversations your stand needs to support rather than treating every professional visitor as the same buyer.

VETECO is part of International Construction Week alongside CONSTRUTEC, SMARTDOORS and PISCIMAD. Plan your own stand around the booked fair and plot. Whole-event statistics, historical attendance and an early space-allocation announcement do not establish the number of suitable prospects who will visit your stand.

Choose the product interaction before drawing the stand

List each sample with its dimensions, weight, support and handling needs. Decide whether visitors will observe it, examine a section or use a supervised mechanism. A working window or shading system requires an agreed installation and operating arrangement; a large photograph and a physical demonstration serve different purposes.

Product Useful visitor task What the designer needs
Window or door system Inspect the detail or an approved opening action Actual dimensions, support, operating space and supervision
Façade or curtain-wall section Understand the assembly and specified components Weight, section labels, installation and handling requirements
Solar-protection system See a defined position or permitted movement Operating range, services, audience position and explanation
Glass sample Compare a specified finish or application Secure support, approved handling and accurate identification
Fittings or accessories Examine a mechanism or compatibility question Sample organisation, supervision and supporting documentation
Digital specification tool Find a relevant product or detail Approved data, operator, connection and local alternative

Draw the interaction with people present. Include opening leaves, moving parts, staff and waiting visitors where relevant. Ask the competent suppliers to confirm the arrangement. Avoid choosing an arbitrary stand area or double-height structure solely because of the product category.

A demonstration can help explain an action or feature. It does not automatically establish certified thermal, acoustic or other performance. Provide evidence that applies to the specified product, configuration and test conditions. Make the distinction between a visual illustration and a measured result clear.

Check the participation package and approval status

The current VETECO exhibitor guide, version 6, lists Basic and Premium packages from 16 m² and space-only participation from 32.5 m². Check the package inclusions and any eligibility conditions against your booking.

The guide gives 1 October 2026 for free-design project submission. That date has passed as of this review. If approval is unresolved, contact the organiser before committing further production. A generic 30- or 60-day rule based on stand size does not replace the published deadline.

Check what your proposal requires for structure, suspended elements, services and product installation under the applicable IFEMA regulations. Obtain the relevant approval for the actual design. A hall number, familiar construction system or contractor’s previous work does not establish permission for a particular two-storey stand or rigging arrangement.

Plan display and meetings within the useful space

Give each sample a clear purpose and label. Keep supporting drawings and specifications close to the relevant discussion. A visitor should understand which system they are examining without needing to read a wall of small text or open every stored sample.

Estimate simultaneous conversations from staff availability and the actual layout. Show occupied seats, open storage and working demonstration positions. Reserve a suitable place for a detailed specification discussion without making the public product presentation inaccessible when meetings are underway.

For inspiration, see the Alphacan VETECO project, which presents window-system displays and reuse planning. Use it as a project reference rather than a promise of identical results. Your plot, products and approval conditions determine the appropriate layout.

Compare a complete VETECO exhibition stand budget

Separate organiser charges from the design and construction quotation. Include sample supports, graphics, lighting, furniture, audiovisual equipment, services, product handling, freight, installation, dismantling and storage or return. Identify who contracts each item and what is excluded.

Compare modular, custom and hybrid proposals using the same samples and visitor tasks. A custom support can be needed within a modular stand; a custom-built structure can also be planned for reuse. Neither label establishes a fixed cost, useful life or commercial result.

Ask for the specification behind each price, particularly for heavy samples and specialist installation. Distinguish equipment supplied by the exhibitor from work supplied by the builder. The stand budget guide helps structure those cost lines before obtaining a project-specific quotation.

Coordinate freight, installation and collection

The guide schedules construction for 1–7 November, modular handover on 8 November, goods entry on 8–9 November and dismantling on 14–16 November. Confirm your applicable access and vehicle arrangements directly. The published goods-exit calendar contains inconsistent vehicle-opening wording, so obtain clarification before booking collection.

Plan heavy or fragile product placement with the construction sequence. Record packed sizes, handling responsibilities, packaging storage and custody after handover. Ensure the appointed team knows what can be moved, installed and operated and what requires specialist involvement.

At handover, check the accepted layout, graphics, lighting, supports and services. Run the planned presentation with the operating staff. Record any unresolved items and assistance contacts. Agree the sequence for removing valuable samples separately from dismantling the surrounding stand.

Use technical conversations to guide follow-up

Prepare approved resources relevant to the product: specifications, installation details, drawings or digital objects where available. Check that versions and product references match across graphics, demonstrations and the information sent afterwards. Do not invent a document or certification because a visitor expects it.

Brief staff to identify the project question and requested next step. Use an appropriate process to collect necessary contact details and notes. A badge scan does not itself establish a qualified opportunity or permission for every future marketing use.

Assign requested information, sample requests and technical meetings to named owners. Review enquiries, proposals and resulting business separately. Use observed delays and recurring questions to improve the next display, without claiming a universal response-decay rate or guaranteed return from a particular stand format.

Questions about exhibiting at VETECO

Does every window or façade brand need a large custom stand?

No. Select the layout and construction around the actual product presentation, permitted package, staff and budget.

Can a familiar hall or modular system guarantee approval?

No. Confirm the requirements and approval status of the specific design, installations and any suspended elements.

What should I send a stand builder?

Provide the VETECO booking, package, plot, sample list, interactions, budget and approval status. Contact Adam Expo Stand to discuss a proposal with clear display, handling and delivery responsibilities.
