Turn the product presentation into a practical brief
| Visitor activity | What to decide before design approval |

| Browse products | Select the products to display, their dimensions and how staff will explain them. Identify which labels, diagrams and screen content the exhibitor has approved. |
| Watch or use a demonstration | Define the demonstrator’s position, the visitor viewing area and the equipment’s operating space. Obtain the actual equipment requirements rather than assuming every display needs the same utilities. |
| Discuss the next step | Decide which conversations need seating or visual separation from the demonstration area. Keep the route between displays and meetings clear. |
| Support the stand team | Locate stock, personal items and display materials so they can be accessed without interrupting the presentation. Agree equipment operation and handover responsibilities. |
