Exclusive Trade Show Booth: Your Vision, Our Reality
Sustainability Services
Plan reuse, materials and recovery for your exhibition stand.

Sustainability Services
Plan an exhibition stand around the materials you need, the components you can retain and the events you expect to attend. Discuss reuse, rental, packing, transport and end-of-event responsibilities as part of your stand brief. The appropriate choices depend on the design, venue, budget and available recovery routes.

Compare options over several events
A repeat-event plan can help you compare the total cost of ownership, storage and refurbishment with rental or a new build. Request an itemized comparison for your own exhibition schedule instead of assuming a fixed cost saving.
Define the project scope
For an exhibition project, sustainability planning starts with a practical specification: intended uses, materials, graphics, transport and what happens after dismantling. Confirm available options and responsibilities with the project team before production.
A practical plan for reuse
Design components for intended future layouts where feasible. Request material and supplier documentation. Plan packing, collection, storage and repair. Record the actual reuse and recovery outcomes.
Plan for the next event as well as this one
Start with your exhibition calendar, likely floor sizes and storage arrangements. Ask which structural parts, furniture and graphics can be reused, repaired or reconfigured. Reuse depends on condition, ownership, transport and the requirements of each event.
Compare stand options against your brief
Review modular stands, rental options and a custom build using the same project scope. Compare the planned number of uses, replacement graphics, packing, transport, storage and end-of-use arrangements. A material or construction method alone does not establish the lowest environmental impact.
Request material evidence
Ask for the material specification and any supporting supplier documentation before approval. If certification, recycled content or recyclability matters to your brief, confirm exactly which product the evidence covers and whether the intended collection or recycling route is available at the venue. Do not treat a rendering or a general sustainability statement as certification.
Coordinate transport and installation
Discuss delivery routes, vehicle loads, protective packaging, installation access and collection windows during planning. Confirm who is responsible for packing reusable items and checking their condition after dismantling.
Agree a waste and recovery plan
Identify items for reuse, return, storage, repair and disposal. Check the organizer’s waste arrangements and charges. Separate materials where the available collection system allows it, and request records for any recovery or waste claims you intend to publish.
Use specific, supported environmental claims
Keep an inventory of retained components and evidence of what happened after the event. Claims about carbon savings require a defined comparison, scope and calculation method. No project-specific carbon reduction or certification is claimed on this page.
What to include in your exhibition brief

- Stand dimensions, open sides and functional requirements.
- Existing components you would like to reuse.
- Future events, likely layouts and storage needs.
- Material documentation or reporting requirements.
- Budget and responsibilities for transport, dismantling and recovery.
