Iberian Card Show Madrid 2026: Vendor and Stand Guide

Iberian Card Show Madrid 2026 is announced for 14–15 November at the Pabellón de Cristal, Casa de Campo. Plan your presence around the cards, services and visitor activities you will actually support. Confirm the current vendor booking, permitted display footprint and access arrangements before ordering counters, showcases, graphics or a larger branded stand.

Iberian Card Show Madrid 2026: dates and access

The organiser’s website, checked on 12 October 2026, announces 14–15 November in Madrid and identifies the Pabellón de Cristal in its official social profile displayed on the page. It lists general access from 10:00 to 19:00 and Early Access/VIP from 09:00 to 19:00 on both days.

Visitor opening hours do not establish vendor loading, setup or collection times. Request the instructions attached to your booking. Check that any ticket or vendor offer names the Madrid 2026 edition: during this review, some purchase links on the homepage still named edition III while other links named edition IV.

The organiser’s event description covers sports-card and trading-card-game collecting, including exhibiting, exchanging, buying and selling. This is a collectors’ event; do not assume every visitor represents a business buyer or that a historic attendance figure predicts your own sales.

Confirm what the vendor package includes

The homepage displays a table, a half island of three tables and a complete island of six tables. The listed table dimensions are 180 × 78 cm. Confirm the current edition, availability, total charge, included passes and services directly before committing.

A table’s surface area is not the allocated floor footprint. Ask for a plan showing boundaries, open sides, working space and permitted display height. Six tabletop areas do not establish room for six counters, storage, staff and a visitor queue. Avoid ordering a backwall from table measurements alone.

Your activityLayout questionBooking check
Sell a focused card selectionCan visitors inspect the range while a member of staff handles payment?Usable tabletop and staff space.
Present a shop’s broader rangeCan categories, browsing and stock replenishment stay organised?Actual island plan and display permissions.
Accept grading submissionsIs there a controlled intake and handover point?Service permission, queue and custody arrangements.
Run a brand activationCan the proposed activity fit without obstructing neighbours?Written activity and structure approval.

Choose the smallest suitable arrangement that supports your stock, staff and activities. A single table may need only a portable display. A larger footprint does not automatically justify a custom build or a particular minimum team size.

Make cards readable without glare

Test actual sleeved cards, graded cases and price labels in the proposed showcase. Check the view from standing and seated positions, including reflections from the glazing and display lights. Do not specify a universal lighting colour or assume that making the stand brighter than its surroundings solves glare.

Use a mock-up to compare card angle, light position, label size and display depth. Show enough information for visitors to understand the category, stated condition and price. Leave room for staff to retrieve a card without moving unrelated stock. Check stability and load limits for any risers or vertical displays.

A branded backwall can help someone find you again, but confirm its footprint, height and fixing method first. Hanging signs, lighting supports and additional structures need the organiser’s agreement. Keep neighbouring sightlines and circulation in the review.

Plan stock control and transaction handling

Prepare an inventory and an agreed procedure for displaying, retrieving, selling and returning stock. Assign responsibility for keys, cash, payment equipment and valuable items. Check who remains at the table during breaks, busy periods and setup. A locked case is one control; it does not eliminate theft or replace appropriate insurance arrangements.

For grading or authentication services, make the provider, scope, charges and handover process clear. Use the business’s approved intake records and custody procedures. Stand branding is not evidence of accreditation, authenticity or a guaranteed grading result.

For live openings or filming, confirm the activity, power, connectivity, sound and space requirements. Agree a queue position within the permitted footprint. Test payment and streaming equipment, and prepare an appropriate fallback rather than assuming public Wi-Fi will support every device.

Build a realistic preparation schedule

Work backwards from confirmed vendor access and handover times. Record the decisions needed before design, production, packing and delivery. Ask suppliers about current stock, crew availability and lead times for the exact proposal. There is no verified universal seven-week build programme or guaranteed free 3D concept within 24 hours in this guide.

  1. Obtain the booking confirmation, layout, vendor instructions and permissions.
  2. List stock, showcases, lighting, branding, payment equipment and staff tasks.
  3. Approve a layout and itemised scope that fit the allocated space.
  4. Confirm artwork specifications, production dates and inspection responsibilities.
  5. Arrange transport, loading access, stock handover and collection.
  6. Test displays, transactions and staff procedures before public opening.

If a deadline cannot be met, simplify the display or obtain an agreed alternative. Do not describe an early-October brief or mid-October artwork approval as a guarantee of delivery, normal pricing or organiser acceptance.

Compare the complete cost

Separate vendor or sponsorship charges from display hire or purchase. Itemise showcases, counters, graphics, lights, electrical supply, connectivity, transport, handling, installation, removal and storage. Add stock-related arrangements, staff, travel and accommodation paid directly. Confirm taxes, deposits, damage conditions and exclusions.

Check insurance scope with the responsible provider for the actual stock, transit, display and overnight arrangements. Do not assume an organiser or stand contractor’s policy covers every card. A quote should identify responsibility for custody and security services without promising that losses cannot occur.

For future events, compare reusable equipment against actual configurations, transport and storage needs. Our modular stand cost guide explains why reuse needs a complete programme comparison. A Madrid display does not automatically fit a future Barcelona booking.

Measure sales and useful follow-up

Track actual transactions, direct costs, stock movements and agreed follow-up. Keep revenue separate from profit contribution, and distinguish forecast orders from completed sales. Historic visitor totals and a larger island do not establish financial return.

Offer a clear route to your shop, product information or an approved sign-up process where relevant. Let visitors choose whether to request further contact. Have the responsible team confirm the information and permissions needed for the intended use; collecting a contact at a sale does not by itself settle every marketing requirement.
