Hoy es Marketing Madrid in 2017
ESIC’s post-event report dates the fourteenth Madrid edition to 26 April 2017. Its announcement for that edition identified IFEMA’s North Convention Centre as the venue. The programme addressed business, marketing, communication and the digital economy.
A past programme establishes what was announced for that edition. It does not establish the venue, participation packages, audience composition or technical conditions for a later event.
What to check for a future marketing convention
Start with the organiser’s current programme and participation information. Identify whom your team wants to meet and what those people can do at your space: examine a sample, discuss a service, attend a demonstration or arrange a later meeting.
Request the actual allocated area, permitted graphics and equipment, access instructions and service arrangements. A convention package may supply some components already; confirm what is included before commissioning additional construction.
Review message, artwork and the staff briefing together. Test whether someone approaching the space can understand the offer and find the intended activity. Provide seating and an accessible alternative to any screen or demonstration that a visitor cannot use.
Agree a practical process for recording an enquiry, its owner and the next step. Separate attendance and conversations from attributable business when evaluating the event.
