Legal Tech Expo 2026: IFEMA Madrid Exhibitor Guide

Legal Tech Expo 2026 takes place at IFEMA Madrid on 18–19 November. Professional visitors can register for free admission. For exhibitors, the practical priority is to prepare a stand that lets visitors understand the product, see a focused demonstration and agree a useful next step.

Confirm event arrangements with the IFEMA event page and the official Legal Tech Expo website. This guide adds practical stand-planning advice; the organiser controls admission, booking and event services.

Legal Tech Expo 2026: dates, admission and programme

The organiser lists Hall 4 at IFEMA Madrid. Published visiting hours are 09:30–19:00 on 18 November and 09:30–17:00 on 19 November. The event is for professionals; check eligibility and complete registration through the official visitor information before travelling.

Use the current seminar programme to choose sessions and allow time for meetings. Check it again close to the event because schedules can change. Do not assume that a visitor ticket includes an exhibitor space, contractor access or a seminar reservation.

Plan the demonstration before the stand architecture

Choose the task a visitor should understand after a short demonstration. Describe the intended audience, the starting problem, the screen sequence and the next step. A demonstration of one clear workflow is easier to accommodate than an undefined request for several large screens.

Show the builder where the presenter and visitors will stand, how many people can watch and where a separate conversation can take place. Consider sight lines from the aisle, readable screen content, accessible circulation and space for bags or equipment. Avoid a viewing area that forces people into the public aisle.

Use demonstration data approved for public display. Prepare a local or recorded fallback if the product depends on connectivity. Assign someone to test power, sound, network access and screen connections during handover. Confirm any venue requirements with the responsible technical team.

What to include in the stand brief

  • Confirmed space dimensions, open sides and the allocated organiser plan.
  • Products, visitor activities, meeting needs and demonstration equipment.
  • Brand files, approved messages and screen-content requirements.
  • Furniture, storage, lighting and electrical needs to be reviewed.
  • Budget scope, approval owner and outstanding decisions.
  • Installation, handover, event support and dismantling responsibilities.
  • Ownership, packing and storage arrangements for components intended for reuse.

Our exhibition stand brief checklist helps you separate confirmed information from provisional choices. Give potential suppliers the same brief so their proposals can be compared.

Request an itemised quote for design, structure, graphics, furniture, audiovisual equipment, transport, installation and dismantling. Identify organiser services ordered separately. There is no single reliable stand price without dimensions, scope and technical requirements; compare inclusions and assumptions before accepting a total.

Preparing the team and measuring useful conversations

Agree who welcomes visitors, presents demonstrations and answers technical questions. Prepare a short introduction and questions that identify the visitor’s interest. Record the agreed next step rather than collecting a contact without context. Follow your organisation’s privacy process when capturing and using visitor details.

Set objectives before the show: relevant conversations, completed demonstrations or agreed follow-up meetings. After the event, review those results alongside cost and staff time. Visitor volume alone does not establish return on investment.

Questions before booking your stand

Does the exhibition space include a stand?

Check your offer. Space-only bookings and packages can have different inclusions. Confirm what is supplied before ordering an external build.

When should the team check installation deadlines?

Before approving production or arranging deliveries. Use the current exhibitor documents and assign responsibility for submissions, orders and access.

Should we choose a modular or custom stand?

Compare layout, equipment requirements and your plans for later events. Review graphics, transport, storage and adaptations as part of the full scope rather than assuming a fixed saving.

Discuss your Legal Tech Expo stand with Adam Expo Stand. Share the allocated plan, demonstration requirements and open decisions to request a proposal with a defined scope.
