A PharmagoraPlus exhibition stand should make products and services easy to understand while giving pharmacy professionals room to ask practical questions. Plan the display, demonstration, consultation and storage needs around your booked plot. Confirm the current event documents, approved presentation content, services and supplier responsibilities, then compare complete costs and agree a realistic delivery programme.
Confirm PharmagoraPlus 2027 at Porte de Versailles
The official PharmagoraPlus website lists the next edition for 13–14 March 2027 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. The organiser’s exhibitor FAQ identifies Hall 7.2 and directs exhibitors to the EZone for their guide and service information. This is a different venue from Paris Nord Villepinte.
Confirm your stand number, dimensions, open sides and booking inclusions before commissioning a design. Use the current exhibitor guide for build-up, technical submissions, service ordering and dismantling. Public opening hours are not contractor access times, and last year’s programme should not determine this year’s delivery plan.
If the guide or account information is missing, contact the event’s operations team through the official exhibitor information. Give the builder the relevant documents and identify who can submit drawings, order services and approve costs on your behalf.
Organise the stand around the pharmacy conversation
Identify the professional audience and the purpose of the meeting: reviewing a product range, understanding a service, exploring a distribution arrangement or assessing equipment for a pharmacy. The stand should support that task rather than rely on a generic game or giveaway to create a crowd.
| Presentation | Brief decision | Operational check |
|---|---|---|
| Product range | What is displayed and what may be handled | Sample inventory, labels, replenishment and secure stock |
| Software or service | Short demonstration and longer discussion | Approved accounts, content, connectivity and fallback |
| Pharmacy equipment | Static display or permitted operation | Dimensions, weight, power, handling and technical review |
| Professional consultation | Participants and privacy requirements | Seating, acoustics and separation from activity |
| Samples or hospitality | What the responsible team permits | Approval, storage, handling and waste arrangements |
| Follow-up | Next action and required information | Data handling, named owner and agreed response |
Explain the audience, products and activities in the brief, with photographs, dimensions and device specifications where useful. Our custom exhibition stand planning guide provides questions for developing the layout from those needs.
Make the product display usable
Test the actual product quantities and packaging on the proposed shelves, counters and display units. Check whether someone can read a label, inspect a permitted sample and ask a question without blocking the next visitor. Use lighting that helps inspection, and review reflections on glossy packaging and screens.
Separate demonstration stock from replenishment and any items requiring controlled access. Agree how staff reset the display between conversations and where packaging, personal belongings and cleaning supplies go. Include appropriate security and overnight arrangements in the scope.
For consultation areas, decide how much privacy is needed and whether the plot can support it alongside browsing. Keep routes and floor transitions in the design review with the responsible team. A rendering should explain how the stand will operate, not just how it looks from the aisle.
Agree presentation content and permitted activities
Have the responsible product and regulatory teams approve product claims, display wording, demonstrations, samples and promotional items before printing or ordering. A stand builder can coordinate the physical presentation, but cannot determine the permitted promotion for every medicine, device, cosmetic or other product.
Do not assume that a common exhibition giveaway is suitable for a pharmacy event. Check the product category, intended recipients, company policies and applicable event conditions with the responsible reviewers. Record who signs off each activity and what the presenting team may say or distribute.
For software presentations, use approved demonstration accounts and sample data. Avoid introducing real patient records into a public stand demonstration. Agree who controls access and resets the device between uses, and prepare a permitted offline presentation where feasible.
Coordinate services and technical review
Provide power, network and equipment requirements before ordering services. Confirm who supplies devices, makes connections, integrates the presentation and tests it with the presenter. Check the current event guide for the relevant service providers, deadlines and any conditions for equipment operation.
If the design includes special structures, raised areas, glazing or suspended elements, ask what documentation and reviews are required. Record the drawings, supporting evidence, submission owner and decision dates. A previous exhibition or a product material certificate does not automatically establish suitability for this stand.
Coordinate transport, unloading, crew admission and empty packaging separately. Check where stock and crates can be stored and when they return for dismantling. A delivery booking should not be assumed to include handling labour, storage or parking.
Compare complete costs and support
Price the same functional brief across custom, modular, rental or combined proposals. Review finish, display capacity, equipment integration, documented configurations and future use. A rented structure may still need graphics, technical services and installation work; a modular structure still needs a suitable plan and competent installation.
Compare design, drawings, production or rental, display furniture, graphics, lighting, AV, electrical services, connectivity, transport, handling, installation and dismantling. Include cleaning, waste, insurance, stock or crate storage, show support and return where applicable. Identify each inclusion, exclusion, owner and payer.
Our turnkey stand buyer’s guide helps frame these scope questions. Agree the support contact and coverage, change approval and handover checks in writing rather than relying on a promise that everything will be handled.
Plan reuse with specific evidence
For repeated exhibitions, identify which structures and display units will return. Check their condition, packing, storage, maintenance and compatibility with future plots. Include replacement graphics, repairs, transport and reinstallation in the comparison before claiming a cost saving.
Make environmental statements specific to the documented product or process. A material label does not establish that the complete stand is sustainable, and a reusable component only provides repeated use if the programme and return arrangements support it.
Test handover and prepare follow-up
At handover, check the approved graphics, product arrangement, stock, lighting, equipment, connections and inventory with the responsible suppliers. Run the actual demonstration and record outstanding items with an owner. Confirm the return and collection plan before the event begins.
The organiser’s exhibitor FAQ describes Smartscan and visitor barcode-scanner options. If using a lead tool, check the current order, access and export arrangements in your EZone. Agree the necessary information, permitted follow-up and staff process with the responsible data team; scanning is not a substitute for understanding the visitor’s request.
Review relevant enquiries, appointments and completed next actions against the original objectives. Contact counts and social activity alone do not establish financial return. Use recurring questions and delivery issues to improve the next stand brief.
Frequently asked questions
Where do we find the technical guide?
The official exhibitor FAQ directs exhibitors to the EZone. Ask the event operations team for help if you cannot access the current guide; do not substitute requirements from another Paris venue.
Are giveaways and samples always appropriate?
Ask your responsible reviewers to approve them for the specific product, recipients and event. A general stand-design article cannot give universal permission.
What should we send for a proposal?
Share the plot, products, approved activities, equipment specifications, dates, budget and reuse plans. Discuss your PharmagoraPlus brief with Adam Expo Stand to define the design, services and delivery responsibilities.
