Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Stand: Design and Delivery

A Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition stand needs a brief for its booked event and hall, with clear design, documentation, service and delivery responsibilities. Obtain the current organiser’s requirements before approving production. Compare complete proposals, identify the relevant specialist reviews and coordinate freight access; a previous Paris build or generic price band cannot establish this project’s permissions or cost.

Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition stand: confirm the venue and edition

Paris Nord Villepinte is a separate venue from Paris Expo Porte de Versailles and Paris Le Bourget. Confirm the address, event, hall and stand number on every project document and delivery label. The official VIPARIS venue page describes nine halls, including interconnected and independent spaces. Your allocated floor plan determines the plot and working conditions relevant to your project.

Verify dates with the show organiser. SIAL Paris confirms 17–21 October 2026 at Villepinte, while Maison&Objet announces 14–18 January 2027 for its next January edition. These are public show dates, not permission to enter for construction or a universal submission schedule.

As of October 2026, an exhibitor preparing for SIAL 2026 needs to confirm already-booked scope, accepted documents and remaining achievable work with the organiser and supplier. A generic six-to-eight-week recommendation is no longer an actionable programme for that approaching edition. For later shows, start from their actual dependencies and published deadlines.

Collect the documents that govern your stand

Ask for the booking confirmation, supplied package, allocated plan, current architectural rules, safety requirements, service-order instructions and build-up and dismantling timetable. Record the edition and version of each document. Name the person who submits plans and the reviewer or contact responsible for each decision.

The SIAL exhibitor FAQ directs exhibitors to their event area for technical information and architectural regulations. Use the corresponding organiser’s process for your own show. Do not assume that an approval at another VIPARIS venue, a previous edition or a different event carries over.

WorkstreamQuestion to resolve
Layout and boundariesWhat footprint, open sides, height and boundary conditions apply?
Structure and elevated elementsWhich drawings, calculations, competent reviews and inspections are required?
Materials and coveringsWhat evidence is accepted for each proposed material and installed use?
Rigging and suspended equipmentWhat permission, load data, positions and appointed services are needed?
Technical suppliesWho orders, pays for, connects and tests electricity, data and other services?
Access and removalWhich personal badges, vehicle registrations, working periods and collection arrangements apply?

Make technical review part of the design process

Tell the organiser and responsible specialists about tall, suspended, elevated or multi-level elements before committing the concept. Ask them to determine the required structural documents and checks for the actual installation. Include equipment weights, connections and operating needs in the brief, and assign responsibility for preparing and reviewing the evidence.

Material acceptance depends on the proposed use and applicable event requirements. Request current evidence for flooring, wall finishes, fabrics, decorative elements and any ceiling treatment. Ask the responsible safety reviewer whether the supplied classification and documentation are acceptable. A blanket claim that every material needs the same rating or laboratory certificate is not a substitute for that review.

Maintain one approved drawing set with revision dates. When equipment, dimensions or materials change, establish whether further review is needed before fabrication or installation. Keep the accepted documents available to the onsite team. Agree how outstanding observations will be resolved and who can authorise a change.

Design around the product and buyer activity

For a food show, specify display stock, sampling activity, storage conditions, preparation, cleaning and replenishment. Have the responsible product team define appropriate handling and information. Share the equipment and service requirements with the designer before positioning counters or approving a floor plan.

For a design or lifestyle collection, specify the products, finishes and references buyers need to assess. Test lighting on the actual materials, allow appropriate handling and prepare relevant commercial information. A gallery-like presentation may suit some briefs, but the audience and collection determine the right arrangement.

Provide a clear approach, usable internal circulation, staff positions and meeting arrangements. Keep queues, demonstration equipment and storage within the accepted footprint. Test graphics and screens for legibility, navigation and an offline alternative where needed. The bespoke stand guide helps structure these decisions.

Coordinate deliveries, personal access and storage

Use your organiser’s current access instructions for the event and hall. SIAL’s exhibitor FAQ specifies vehicle registration through LOGIPASS during build-up and dismantling, and gives separate information about personal badges and parking. Confirm the applicable arrangements for each delivery; a vehicle registration does not replace a crew badge or a service order.

Give the carrier the correct venue, event, hall, stand, receiving contact and authorised delivery period. Confirm unloading assistance, any handling provider, equipment routes, packaging storage and return collection. Do not schedule installation from a general airport journey time or assume a parcel can be accepted without a receiver.

Plan product replenishment and secure storage according to the goods and exhibitor’s requirements. A stand stockroom is part of a display layout; ask what security or specialist storage is actually included. Assign responsibility for valuable samples, tools, personal belongings and any equipment left overnight.

Compare complete costs and supplier responsibility

Separate the organiser’s space or fitted package from design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, equipment, technical review, venue services, freight, handling, installation, cleaning, dismantling and storage. Record currency, taxes, assumptions and exclusions. Use the exhibition stand budget guide to organise comparable proposals.

Ask suppliers to identify the named manager and the teams responsible for construction and specialist services. Request relevant examples and the written documentation scope. A turnkey proposal can coordinate these tasks, but its label does not guarantee approval or remove all risk. Apply the same checks to Adam Expo Stand and every other bidder.

Compare shell-scheme upgrades, rental, modular, custom and hybrid approaches against the brief and booked package. For reuse, include adaptation, replacement graphics, transport, storage and maintenance. Check the requirements afresh at each show; a reused structure does not imply that its documentation or installation plan remains unchanged.

Agree testing, handover and return

Build a programme from the actual review, artwork, production, service and access dates. Before opening, check the delivered scope, graphics, services, operating equipment, storage and circulation. Test demonstrations and alternatives, record outstanding work and identify the person accepting handover and the support contact.

Confirm the organiser’s release to dismantle, crew access, collection, packing, inventory, waste responsibilities and return destination. Record the condition of retained components for the next show. For a project discussion, contact Adam Expo Stand with the event documents, plot and visitor-activity brief.
