Confirm the Gran Via venue and allocated hall
Fira’s official Gran Via venue page lists eight halls and 240,000 m² of gross exhibition area, with expansion underway. The venue is in the Barcelona and L’Hospitalet de Llobregat area. Use the official site plan and your event instructions to confirm the entrance, hall, plot and delivery route.

Match the design to your exhibition activity
For technology demonstrations, specify the actual devices, electrical demand, network needs, operating space and equipment owner. For AV presentations, confirm screen dimensions, sound, visibility, noise limits and staffing. Meeting areas need appropriate seating, access and privacy within the allocated footprint.
For medical or pharmaceutical exhibitors, provide the relevant company and event requirements to the design team. Identify who approves content, storage and visitor activities. A general venue service page cannot establish compliance for a particular exhibitor.
