Trade shows in France serve very different audiences, from plant-production professionals to design buyers, medical specialists and property investors. Use this ten-event shortlist to compare sector fit, edition dates and the demonstration or meeting format your stand needs. Confirm the organiser’s current information before committing to space, travel or production.
Ten trade shows in France to investigate
This is a cross-sector shortlist, rather than a ranking of commercial results. The dates below reflect the organiser information checked on 12 October 2026. Most next editions are in 2027; Sirha Bake & Snack currently advertises 2028. Installation and dismantling periods are separate from visitor dates.

1. SIVAL: plant-production products and technical conversations
SIVAL’s official exhibitor information covers plant-production activities, including viticulture and winemaking. Check whether the specific visitors and product categories fit your offer. For a technical exhibit, prepare dimensions, operating requirements and the information a prospective customer needs to compare solutions.
Plan the demonstration and conversation together. A piece of equipment can need more circulation and technical coordination than a sample display. Confirm the actual activity and installation requirements before choosing the stand configuration.
2. Maison&Objet: present the product range clearly
The organiser identifies design, decoration and lifestyle sectors, with different January and September formats. Choose the session relevant to your products rather than treating both as identical. Check the assigned sector and participation conditions.
Arrange products so a buyer can inspect them and discuss range, materials and ordering. Consider lighting, sample storage and meetings when reviewing the stand. A full display of every item may be less practical than a clearly organised selection.
3. Sirha Bake & Snack: use the current event name and edition
The former Europain reference should be checked against the current Sirha Bake & Snack identity and announced 2028 dates. Its focus is bakery, pastry and snacking. Do not assume a 2027 edition merely because other events on this shortlist take place that year.
For food preparation or sampling, identify equipment, connections, ingredients, storage, service and cleaning. Confirm the operator responsibilities and applicable requirements with the organiser and qualified providers before planning a live activity.
4. Rétromobile: distinguish visitors, vehicles and professional objectives
Rétromobile focuses on classic and collector cars. Decide whether your purpose is vehicle presentation, product sales, specialist discussions or meetings with existing clients. The relevant audience and stand activity differ between those briefs.
If bringing a vehicle, confirm its dimensions, weight, delivery method and applicable display conditions. Plan the route around it with the technical team. Do not treat vehicle installation as a standard furniture delivery.
5. IMCAS World Congress: prepare approved medical information
IMCAS describes its congress around dermatology, plastic surgery and related medical science. Assess the relevant specialist audience and participation formats. Confirm the difference between exhibition access, congress activities and any sponsored session.
Use manufacturer-approved product information and have clinical or regulatory claims reviewed by the appropriate specialists. Plan demonstrations with the required technical and compliance input. Avoid presenting a device or procedure in ways that imply unverified approval or outcomes.
6. Paris Packaging Week: make samples easy to compare
For a packaging proposal, identify the materials, formats and applications you need to show. Check the event areas relevant to your customer categories. A practical sample display can support a more focused discussion than a broad visual statement about innovation.
Arrange lighting, handling and replacement samples so visitors can examine the offer. Ensure any environmental or performance claim matches evidence for the particular material or product, rather than a general promise applied to the whole range.
7. Wine Paris: coordinate tasting and trade discussions
Wine Paris brings together the professional wine trade, with complementary beverage events described by the organiser. Confirm the area and format that match your products. Do not assume all beverage categories share identical participation arrangements.
If tasting is part of the brief, coordinate storage, service, cleaning, staffing and relevant requirements. Leave room for discussions and replenishment. Separate the cost of stand construction from products, hospitality, freight and organiser charges.
8. Bio360 Europe: explain the solution and its evidence
Bio360’s programme covers bioenergy, the bioeconomy and related biotransition topics. Select the part of the audience that matches your solution. Prepare clear supporting information on the actual project, product or process you offer.
Use a working demonstration where feasible, or a well-explained model and presentation. Distinguish measured performance from forecasts and assumptions. Broad environmental promises can obscure the technical questions a prospective partner needs to ask.
9. Salon International de l’Agriculture: distinguish public and professional activity
The organiser provides a professional visitor route alongside the wider agricultural show. Its professional page also identifies SIA’PRO on 1–3 March 2027. Check which event, area and access arrangements serve your objective instead of equating the total audience with your buyer market.
Prepare the stand for the intended activity and visitor type. Product information, meetings, sampling or equipment demonstrations can have different staffing and operational needs. Confirm the relevant conditions before approving a layout.
10. MIPIM: design around scheduled discussions
MIPIM focuses on property and the built environment. Its current practical-information page gives 16–19 March 2027; use that current schedule rather than an earlier announcement with a different range. Confirm the location of the activities included in your participation.
Prepare project information, presentation equipment and meeting arrangements. Set realistic capacity for simultaneous discussions and identify the material required for follow-up. A prestigious destination does not replace evidence that the event suits your objectives.
Compare the whole participation before choosing
Use a common comparison: audience fit, confirmed dates, available format, plot, technical needs, space charges, construction, services, freight, staffing and travel. Add preparation and follow-up responsibilities. The exhibition budget guide helps organise these costs without presenting a universal French stand price.
Give shortlisted suppliers the actual event manual and a brief covering products, activities and equipment. Confirm approvals, delivery, support and dismantling. Review outcomes afterwards using relevant conversations and agreed next steps, rather than assuming participation guarantees a return.
