Dental products · equipment · technology
Help visitors examine your products, follow a demonstration and start a useful conversation. Adam Expo Stand develops dental exhibition spaces around those activities, with the design and delivery scope agreed for your show.
Give each activity a clear place
Dental exhibitions can bring small components, larger equipment and software presentations into the same stand. An effective brief explains how visitors will explore each category and how the team will move between conversations.
Products visitors can examine
Match showcase height, lighting and labels to the size of each product. Agree which samples may be handled, which need secure display and where the team will replenish materials.
Demonstrations with room to watch
Plan the presenter’s position, the equipment footprint and space for observers. Screens can show close-up details while keeping visitors out of the working area.
Conversations with fewer interruptions
Set aside meeting space for product questions, distributor discussions and appointments. Locate storage so staff can reach samples and literature without crossing a demonstration.
SGS Dental at Expodental, IFEMA Madrid

Our published SGS Dental case describes an open layout with separate zones for product displays, live demonstrations and private meetings. Multimedia screens and integrated LED lighting supported the presentation.
Installation and on-site support form part of the described project scope. This example shows how several exhibition activities can share a coordinated space.
Planning for that venue? Use our Expodental stand-planning page alongside the organiser’s current information.
Specify equipment before fixing the layout
- Equipment and services: send dimensions, weights and supplier requirements for power, data, water, drainage or compressed air where relevant. Their availability and permitted connections must be confirmed for the booked space.
- Demonstration format: explain exactly what will take place. Check the organiser’s conditions and the equipment supplier’s instructions before planning any clinical or invasive activity.
- Screen content and lighting: prepare material that supports the live explanation. Review glare on glass cases and screens, the visibility of small samples and how content will work without competing audio.
- Delivery and security: identify valuable samples, specialist handling, packaging storage and end-of-show collection. Agree who receives equipment and performs the operational checks.
- Venue review: check the current exhibitor manual for height, materials, access, services and plan-submission requirements. The final stand and event determine which approvals are needed.
Bring these requirements into the design process and the logistics plan before production.
Plan for the next show as well
If the stand will travel to several dental events, share the full programme. Plot dimensions, open sides, equipment and graphics may change. Compare a custom design with modular stand options, including storage, transport, refurbishment and reinstallation in the scope.
Tell us what your dental stand needs to do
Send the event, venue, dates, floor plan, open sides and budget range. Include your product list, demonstration equipment, service requirements, meeting needs and brand files.
We review the information and clarify any gaps. Your proposal defines the design, agreed services, responsibilities and next steps.
