Give your technology a clear presentation and your visitors room to talk. Adam Expo Stand plans aviation exhibition spaces around demonstrations, technical displays and business meetings, with design and delivery services defined for your event.
Design around what happens on the stand
A software demonstration, a training discussion and a hardware display need different conditions. Start with the activities your team will run, then allocate space, equipment and visitor routes around them.
Demonstrations people can follow
Define screen sizes, operator positions and space for a small audience. Plan sightlines, accessible cable routes and a way to reset the demonstration between conversations.
Technical displays with context
List the dimensions, weight and handling needs of every model or device. Use concise labels and supporting graphics to explain its role before a specialist starts a detailed discussion.
Meetings alongside activity
Separate short introductions from longer appointments. Choose open or enclosed meeting areas around the need for privacy, available space and the venue’s design requirements.
Published aviation projects

FlightSafety International at EATS, Portugal
The published project at Estoril Congress Centre connects aviation-inspired architecture, integrated LED elements and an open visitor layout. The described scope includes 3D concept development, production, installation and on-site support.
Tern Systems at Airspace World
Our Tern Systems case explores angled architecture with demonstration and meeting areas. It offers another reference for presenting a technical service within a recognisable brand setting.
Connect the demonstration brief with the technical plan
- Power and connectivity: provide equipment loads, connection requirements and any need for a wired network. Agree who orders and tests each service, and prepare an offline presentation where practical.
- Audio and screen content: decide what can be understood from the aisle without sound and what requires a guided demonstration. Keep presentation volume and screen placement within the organiser’s requirements.
- Equipment delivery: identify packing sizes, lifting or specialist handling needs, delivery slots and secure storage. Confirm responsibility for unpacking, return packing and collection.
- Approvals: use the current exhibitor manual and booked plot plan to check height, suspended elements, materials, accessibility and drawing submissions. Requirements depend on the event and final design.
Discuss these decisions alongside the stand design and event logistics, before production is approved.
Send a brief we can work from
Share the event, venue, dates, floor plan, open sides and budget range. Add your demonstration equipment list, meeting needs, brand files and required services. If you are planning several exhibitions, include their layouts so we can compare custom and modular approaches.
We review the brief and confirm what information is still needed. Your proposal defines the design, delivery responsibilities and next steps for that project.
