Manifest Europe opens at FIL – Feira Internacional de Lisboa on 19–21 October 2027 under the line “Where Europe’s supply chain leaders meet to move business forward.” Hyve Group announced the European launch on 20 May 2026, and the official site describes two halls, exhibitors, activations, curated networking, hosted buyer programmes and multiple conference stages. The audience: shippers, logistics providers, technology innovators and investors.

What a first edition changes
No prior Lisbon edition means no floor history, no traffic pattern and no “where the buyers walk” data. Visitor and exhibitor numbers are not published yet. Plan the stand around your own meeting goals, not around assumed footfall.
Design for meetings, not just demos
Hosted buyer programmes push the show toward scheduled conversations. Give the plan a closed or semi-closed meeting area, a short live demo point (screen + one workflow, e.g. visibility dashboard or warehouse software), and a clear front so investors and shippers can tell in seconds what you move or solve.
Choosing the build
- Custom wood carpentry: strongest brand identity, best for a launch statement.
- Modular (Aluvision or beMatrix): reusable across a European calendar, easier to resize once the show’s scale is known.
- Turnkey: one contractor for design, build, graphics, AV coordination and dismantling.
Timeline (worked back, hypothetical)
Registration opens 19 January 2027. Hypothetical plan: brief and budget Q1 2027, design approval Q2, organizer submissions per the exhibitor manual (deadlines not yet published), production late summer, build at FIL in the days before 19 October.
