Case Study: Just Juice & Lost Vape at Vapexpo Madrid
Dual Brand Exhibition Stand
Clients: Just Juice and Lost Vape
Event: Vapexpo Madrid
Design focus: two distinct brand zones within one shared exhibition stand.
This project demonstrates how a shared stand can give two exhibitors clear identities while maintaining a consistent layout and visitor route.
The Challenge: Harmonizing Two Global Brand Identities
The brief called for two distinct brand areas within one booth. Each exhibitor needed a recognizable place for its team and displays, with an overall design that felt coordinated.
The challenge was spatial balance: dividing the stand clearly while keeping the two areas connected.
Two identities within one structure
The design used distinct brand zones within a shared architectural framework. Lighting, colors, and display elements identified each area while keeping the overall space connected.
The Execution: A Balanced Architectural Synthesis
The completed booth used two brand zones, custom counters, contrasting lighting, and each brand’s colors. A shared architectural structure connected the areas while preserving their individual identities.
What exhibitors can take from this layout
- Agree the shared elements first: define the common structure, visitor route and service responsibilities before each brand adds graphics.
- Make the handover clear: give each team a recognizable counter and display area, and agree how visitors move between them.
- Check both brands from the aisle: review sightlines and signage together rather than approving each zone separately.
These are design lessons from the published layout. Visitor counts, sales uplift and return on investment are not reported for this project.
Keep one shared approval record. List which drawings, graphics and service decisions need agreement from both brands and which can be approved separately. Review the proposal from each main aisle approach so both teams can assess their own visibility before production.

Questions
We implemented a symmetrical "mirror" layout that physically divided the booth into two equal zones. By using distinct color palettes and specific branding for each side while maintaining a unified architectural structure, we created a balanced "co-headliner" feel. This allowed Just Juice’s vibrant liquid branding and Lost Vape’s sleek hardware aesthetic to coexist without competing for attention.
Each exhibitor had a distinct area with its own display elements. The plan combined counters, display cases, and visitor circulation within a shared structure, accommodating the presentation requirements of each participant.
We used contrast lighting and LED zoning to define the boundaries. By using neutral, high-intensity overhead lighting to maintain a modern energy, we then layered in brand-specific neon and accent lights. This created a visual "handshake" in the center of the booth, transitioning smoothly from one brand’s vibe to the other while keeping the overall energy level high for the Vapexpo crowd.
