Quick answer: Choose a trade show in France by audience, sector, edition, venue and the activity you want to deliver. The ten events below cover food, design, technology, construction, property, packaging, environment, fashion and agriculture. They are a planning shortlist, not a ranking of measured business returns.
Reviewed: 10 October 2026. Dates and venues below come from the linked organisers. Confirm the current edition, participation terms and available space before booking. Not every event takes place annually, and an older 2025/2026 calendar is not a reliable basis for a future project.

Batimat’s 2026 edition has finished; its organiser now advertises 2028. ALLFORPACK’s current information specifies 2027 at Porte de Versailles. Do not copy older dates or a previous venue into supplier briefs.
Match the event to a buyer task
The sector label is a starting point. Review the organiser’s exhibitor directory, visitor information, programme and participation options. Identify the people you need to reach and what evidence would make an event relevant to your business.
- Food and hospitality: compare SIAL and Sirha against the product, distribution channel and intended demonstration. Specify samples, storage, preparation, cleaning and the applicable operating requirements.
- Design and fashion: assess Maison&Objet and Who’s Next against collections, buyer profiles and appointment needs. Plan display quantities, material handling and language versions.
- Technology: assess VivaTech’s relevant participation format and audience. Define equipment, connectivity, operator access and an offline demonstration.
- Construction, packaging and environment: compare Batimat, ALLFORPACK and Pollutec against the applications you serve. Check machinery dimensions, loads, services, handling and technical documentation before choosing the footprint.
- Property and agriculture: review MIPIM and the agricultural show against your particular programme and audience. A meeting-led investment presentation and a public-facing product display need different spaces and staffing.
These are briefing questions, not claims that any event guarantees a particular buyer profile or conversion rate. Confirm admission categories, professional or public sessions and access to any appointment system with the organiser.
Use the exact venue and allocated plot
Paris Nord Villepinte and Paris Expo Porte de Versailles are different sites. Eurexpo Lyon and the Cannes programme add other locations and delivery arrangements. Put the correct venue, hall, stand number, edition and address from your exhibitor instructions on every supplier brief and shipment plan.
Request a dimensioned plan, open sides, current exhibitor manual and booked package details. Identify services already included. Agree responsibility for documentation, specialist installations, service orders, access, delivery slots, testing and removal.
Build a complete participation budget
Separate space or participation fees from design, production or rental, graphics, equipment, transport, handling, installation and dismantling. Add organiser or venue orders, staffing, travel, accommodation, content, samples and follow-up resources as applicable.
Ask for included, excluded and pending items, taxes, payment terms, cancellation and change procedures. Obtain current project-specific quotations. Neither a standard price per square metre nor a previous edition’s invoice establishes the total for your next event.
Prepare meetings and evaluate results
Invite relevant contacts through approved channels with a specific reason to visit. Confirm the right person, location and time. Plan language coverage and current product information for those discussions rather than assuming one language suits every visitor.
Agree what counts as a qualified conversation, completed demonstration or useful appointment. Record the need, next step, owner and due date. Evaluate proposals and attributable business separately from scans or attendance totals.
To discuss the stand, send the chosen event, dates, allocated plan, manual, activities, products, staffing and budget to Adam Expo Stand. Confirm the delivery scope and available team for that venue and edition.
